OMG I swear everyone bottles up their inner demon and slut throughout the year and release it a out full blast on Halloween. Nobody is concerned with the best costume anymore its merely a game of who can show the most ass and tits and get away with it. I mean how many sexy nurses, Victoria’s secret angels or plain old skanks can one take? I want to see innovation, creativity and not in the form of a Sarah Palin costume. With that in mind I(dressed as a gay civilian, I know groundbreaking) headed downtown Las Vegas with Maria( a dragon which she made herself) and ISam( the Joker from The Dark Night). The downtown crowd in Las Vegas is very dark, this is not your Barney’s crowd more like Hot Topic slapped across the face with Forever 21 mixed with 80′s influences minus the taffeta and the scrungies. But I must say I picked the right crowd for innovative and overall cute costumes, I wont go into the death on steroids crowd that made goth look preppy. I saw a teddy bear, a fat college sorority girl, and an Andy Warhol among other well placed and creative costumes the rest of these picture as they say is worth a thousand words. Yesterday my buddy Sam (I will introduce Sam on a new post) invited me to The Bank at the Bellagio, not having been there before I accepted his invitation. So its 11pm and we’re on the road, we get to the Bellagio meet some people and in we go. The Bank is probably one of the nicest clubs here in Vegas. Take the entrance, two escalators going up, the walls are adored with textured wallpaper and of course a parade of chandeliers. The club itself sits on three levels, which makes for great design or a nightmare if you’re drunk. Now if its one thing that I love about non-gay clubs it’s the music. I know I’m gay but please spare me the dance/tweaked out queen music because there is only so much Madonna that I can take before I want to cut someone. Not that I’m violent or anything I’m just saying. I prefer my music on the Hip Hop/R&B/Rap side. And boy did the DJ deliver, he took us on a two decade remix hitting the the 90’s and 2000’s with some old school Diddy and Biggie mixed with Katty Perry with a litte Ciara on top.
