(Gasp) The event is next Thursday, July 16th at the Forum Shops location inside of Caesars Palace. Tory Burch and the retail team have been extremely kind and will provide a 20% discount on all full price merchandise. Darren Miles will provide the tunes for the event and there will be plenty of cocktails to go around. The event starts at 6pm but I’ll be there at 5pm to help the early birds select their looks for the summer. So for the first 20 minutes after I opened the box my jaw was on the floor. But after the initial shock I managed to put it on. I won’t call Tory psychic, but she definitely read my mind on this one. So now I’m wearing the bracelet, digging in the box and there it was…a note from Tory. Now I’m passed out on the floor with the bracelet on and a note in my hand. Finally I woke up and read the note; you already know what’s in the box so I’ll leave the note and my response between Tory and I.

Solely based on amount of use my favorite piece from Tory Burch has to be my Black Tory Burch Lucite Logo Cuff. Since 80 percent of my accessories are black it complements my existing pieces. I can honestly wear it everyday and trust me some weeks I do. Some days I’ll wear it with a short sleeve t-shirt, black scarf, skinny jeans and black patent shoes. It’s become a part of my daily uniform, not to mention I feel more powerful when I wear it. Sort of like Mrs. Obama when she she’s next to Barack. The Lucite cuff is available in Black, White, Clear and retails for $45 USD at Tory Burch retail stores worldwide. I know my chances of another Black Tory Burch Lucite Cuff are slim but Id love to see it in Navy or Clear but with the logo done in Black.

Tory Burch is a mother, a designer, a friend, a socialite and an American Icon. Born June 15th, 1966 she is the daughter of Reva and Buddy Robinson. Her mother is a former actress and her father was a wealthy investor. Burch grew up in Philadelphia alongside her brothers Robert, James, and Leonard. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a degree in Art History. After college she worked with various design firms including Polo Ralph Lauren where she was a copywriter, Calvin Klein, and Vera Wang.
