I'm glad we had this conversation, the blog was well worth the wait. It always feels better when you are honest with yourself and others. Putting unnoticed effort and energy into someone you bear in mind as family can take its toll. You make the greatest attempt to wash away the last two times they have failed you, and after the third time you still hang around. The good thing is that we have time to reflect, though we may not always learn our lesson the first time... we learn, we grow, and move on. Wow!
