Stylista Should Be Canceled!

Stylista Should Be Canceled!

I firmly believe in the 3 strikes you’re out rule and with that being said Stylista it’s time for you to go. I just watched my third episode of the show and I’ve yet to find it interesting. This is coming from the guy who watches “How it’s made”. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the show let me give you a basic rundown. Every week they are paired into teams and each team has to come up with a page for the magazine. This week they had to come up with a mother daughter team picture from Anne Slowbitch’s niece party and built a trend page around it. Can you say B O R I N G? These kids are applying to become Junior Editors yet they sit in an office all day creating “pages”. What’s the fun in that? I wanna see them running around New York looking for a model, preparing for an actual photo shoot or planning an issue launch party. Not going through the Elle closet every week looking for things to shoot (inside the office) to create some miserable page. Like I said I’ve watch three episodes now and I must say Stylista you have officially been castoff the Island. Your best bet would have been to continue copying The Devil Wears Prada. I would have loved to see the assistants running around Hermes picking up scarves for Slowbitch rather than bitching over Kate or rummaging through that tiny box they call a closet at Elle (Hachette Filipacchi). I suggest Ann and Joe head to Conde Nast to see what a real magazine closet looks like. And Tyra hopefully your check from CW has cleared because if I were them I’d want my money back.
